We Proudly Present Practical Nursing Graduate Kaylee Feckley
On December 14, 2021

A person of faith, Kaylee Feckley relied heavily on one of her favorite verses - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”  Kaylee graduated from our Practical Nursing program, overcoming apprehension.  She was inspired to join the medical field by both her mother and grandmother.  She learned so much in our program - particularly from her favorite professor, Dr. Bucco.

What you Learn in Practical Nursing

Kaylee spent several classes learning about Anatomy and Physiology.  She also learned many core, fundamental classes like Fundamentals of Nursing and Fundamentals of Mental Health.  She also learned specialized knowledge like Maternity and Pediatric Nursing.  She took these classes and learned:

  • An understanding of the normal structure and functions of the body
  • An understanding of the nursing process as applied to patients
  • An understanding of the nursing process for women from conception through postpartum care

How Our Graduate Became of our Practical Nursing Program

Like Kaylee, perhaps you have always wanted to help people.  If so, nursing is an excellent career choice.  Our program prepares you for an entry-level nursing job in many different medical fields.
